They use an automated text message system that schedules and confirms the appointment and also lets you know when they are on the way. They pressure washed the moss covered bricks in front of our house and now they look like brand new. They also pressure washed all of the eaves of our house including the rain gutters, which were white plastic but covered with black grime and mold. They treated them with a cleaning agent and I couldn't believe how good they turned out.
